Our final class was admitted to the program in January 2007.

We are no longer accepting applications to the
Non-Traditional Doctor of Pharmacy Program.

Welcome! Thank you for your interest in our online Non-Traditional PharmD. Program (NTPD). We are very proud of the high quality innovative program we deliver and the benefits a Doctor of Pharmacy degree brings to the professional career of practicing pharmacists.

We admitted our seventh, and final, class in January 2007. It includes pharmacists from institutional, ambulatory, long-term care, other practice settings, and from the pharmaceutical industry. The knowledge and expertise our students obtain from our faculty is first-rate, as are the experiences and insight they share with their fellow students.

The faculty of the College voted recently to enroll the last class in the program based on a number of factors, but most importantly, that we have accomplished the intended mission of the NTPD Program which began in 2001.

We assure you that the comprehensiveness and excellence of our NTPD Program will not be compromised in anyway as it is phased out. We will support and maintain the program to the highest degree as we have in the past until the last student is graduated. Our faculty will remain unchanged, as will our curriculum. Our Office of Professional Experience Programs will continue to provide their outstanding services in arranging and monitoring experiential rotations. In short, nothing will change and that is our pledge to you, our current students.

Thank you.
